  1. grate the beets into a large bowl and put aside. pour a bit of oil into a frying pan and fry the onions until transparent. add the cabbage and fry until golden brown. add a bit of salt, stir and remove from heat. add the cabbage to the beets. add the cream, the cottage cheese and the yellow cheese and stir well. taste and add salt and pepper if necessary. add the eggs, wine and flour and mix well. pour into a pie pattern. place in a preheated oven in 180 C degrees for 45 minutes. serve warm.
