Do you know that herbs like turmeric, garlic, and cinnamon can be beneficial and as well as highly dangerous for health? It has been proved through some studies and research that if you start to consume more than required amount of cinnamon in your diet it might affect your kidney functions. Does your Cinnamon wholesaler told you that? It more likely happens that we hear that any herb or other remedy worked out for someone, we blindly start to follow it without even researching about the side effects that it might cause.
