Instructions
  1. This sauce can be very handy in a number of cases, but, in my opinion, suits the fish best.
  2. Ingredients: 250mL mayonnaise 2 tb sp. finely chopped gherkin 1 tb sp. minced capers 1 tb sp. finely chopped fresh parsley 1 tb sp. chopped fresh dill freshly ground black pepper Pinch of sugar (opt.)
  3. Directions: Place mayonnaise, gherkins, capers, parsley, dill, sugar and black pepper to taste in a bowl and mix well to combine.
