Ingredients: 1 medium sweet potato, peeled and diced
100 gr. sour cream
quarter of an onion, chopped
a bit of dill, chopped
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of self rising flour
oil for frying
Directions: put water in a pot and add the sweet potato. bring to a boil, lower the heat and cook until its soft. strain and mash to a homogeneous puree. put the puree into a bowl and mix with the rest of the ingredients (except the oil) to a homogeneous batter. heat the oil in a pan and fry a spoon of the batter each time (you can put several spoons of batter in the pan if you have enough space there). fry until golden brown and remove to blotting paper.
