Ingredients: 155 g thinly sliced salmon
4 slices rye bread
juice 1/2 lemon
1/2 red onion, cut into thin slices
8 thin slices cucumber
4 teaspoons drained capers
4 thin slices lemon
freshly ground black pepper
fresh dill sprigs for garnish
Directions: 1. Arrange salmon on bread slices and sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
2. Place onion on salmon. Arrange cucumber, capers and lemon slices attractively on top. Season with plenty of freshly ground black pepper and garnish with dill sprigs. Serve with a tossed green salad.
