Ingredients: 1 pineapple
1.5 tablespoons of white sugar
Directions: half the pineapple from top to bottom. carefully empty the inside of the pineapple (using a knife) but do not harm teh pineapple shell (the outside). cut the pineapple flesh into cubes.
warm a pan and put the sugar in. as soon as the sugar start to melt add the pineapple cubes and stir-fry until it browns a bit. put the pineapple cubes back into the pineapple and serve warm.
you can also serve it with vanilla ice cream on top.
