Instructions
  1. Ingredients: 1 portion ITALIAN PIZZA DOUGH 9 tomatoes, peeled and chopped salt and pepper 12 anchovy fillets 175 g Mozzarella cheese (or Bel Paese), cut in thin slices oregano or basil 2 tablespoons olive oil
  2. Directions: Season the chopped tomatoes with salt and pepper and then spread evenly over the prepared dough. Cut the anchovies in half and arrange over tomatoes; cover with the cheese and sprinkle with the herbs and olive oil. Bake the large pizza towards the top of a hot oven (220 degrees C) for 15-20 minutes; the smaller ones will take only about 10 minutes
