Instructions
  1. This peanut dip is great served with vegetable crudites.
  2. Ingredients: 1 tb spoon peanut oil 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 onion, chopped 1 teaspoon chilli sauce 5 tb spoons crunchy peanut butter 125 mL water 125g natural yogurt freshly ground black pepper
  3. Directions: Heat oil in a frying pan, add garlic and onion and cook for 4 - 5 minutes, or until onion is soft. Add chilli sauce, peanut butter and water and mix well to combine. Bring to the boil, then remove pan from heat, stir in yogurt and season to taste with black pepper. Serve hot, warm or at room temperature.
