In this simple salad, fragnant orange flower water adds a wonderfully exotic flavor. Sprinkle the cinnamon to taste -- I prefer just the light dusting.
Ingredients: 1 kg good oranges
1 teaspoon orange flower water
juice of 1 orange
Directions: 1. Peel the oranges to expose the flash and cut them into medium-thin slices. Remove any pith. Arrange the slices on a serving platter, overlapping them slightly.
2. Stir the orange flower water into the orange juice and pour evenly over the orange slices. Sprinkle the ground cinnamon lightly and evenly over the oranges just before serving.
