Directions: 1. Remove skin from turkey breast. Place turkey breast on a lightly greased rack in a shallow roasting pan. Combine oil, sugar, garlic, brush
over the turkey breast, not touching bone. Roast in a 200 degrees C oven for 30 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, in a blender or food processor bowl combine almonds and pine nuts. Process until finely chopped. In a small bowl combine nuts, coriander, cinnamon and black pepper.
3. Remove turkey from the oven. Brush the turkey surface with a marmelade. Sprinkle with nuts mixture, press gently, so nuts adhere. Roast for 30 minutes longer. (Don't overcook!) Renove from the oven. Cover loosely with foil, let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
