This cake couldn't be any easier to make. Whips up and bakes in less then 45 minutes. It's one of the 'moiste'r cakes that I've ever tasted. Mom used to bake this as the drop of the hat. Frost with any kind of frosting you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar or eat it plain. Either way you try it, its a winner.
Ingredients: 2 cups plain flour
1/4 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cold water
Directions: Mix all togrther. Pour into a greased and floured 9/13 pan. Bake 25-30 minutes at 180 degree C. Test for doneness by inserting the knife in the crntre.
