Instructions
  1. More nutritious than the fat- and calorie- laden ice-cream variety, fresh fruit shakes supply an immediate and lasting burst of fructose, providing you with sustained energy for hours.2
  2. Ingredients: 250 mL semi-skimmed milk, chilled 250 mL low-fat natural yogurt 115g mixed berries 5 mL rosewater A little honey to taste
  3. Directions: Blend the milk, yogurt, fruits and rosewater in a blender, and process until frothy. Add honey to taste; this will depend on the sweetness of the fruits. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
