Directions: Drain cracked wheat and set aside. Cook onion and garlic in a non-stick frying pan for 3 minutes, or until the onion is soft. Transfer cracked wheat and onion mixture to a bowl and combine with lamb, herbs, lemon juice, mint and chilli powder.
Press meat mixture into a 30cm/12 in pizza tray and cook for 20 minutes, or until base is firm. Drain off any juices.
To make topping, spread meat pizza base with hummus then top with tomato slices and spinach. Sprinkle with pine nuts and cheese. Cook under preheated grill for 3-4 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serving suggestion: cut pizza into wedges and serve with crusty bread and a salad
