Directions: Cook macaroni in boiling water in a large saucepan following packet directions. Drain , set aside and keep warm.
To make sauce, heat the oil in a nonstick frying pan.Cook onion and mushrooms until they are soft. Blend together paprika, tomato puree and milk. Stir into mushroom mixture and cook gently over a low heat for 5 minutes. Season to taste with black pepper.
Place pasta in a heated serving dish and spoon over sauce. Toss gently to combine. Sprinkle with parsley and Parmezan to serve.
