Ingredients: 220g canned pineapple pieces
1 cooking apple, cored, peeled and cubed
2 large bananas, thickly sliced
250g strawberries, washed and hulled
2 kiwifruit, cubed
1 orange, segmented
125 mL orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon orange-flavoured liqueur
2 teaspoons cornflour
Directions: 1. Thread fruot pieces into eight oiled wooden skewers, alternating the pieces attractively.
2. To make the glaze, combine ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes until glaze boils and thickens.
3. Barbeque or grill kebabs over a gentle heat, turning and brushing frequently with glaze.
