Ingredients: 90g brown sugar
500g sweet potato, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons toasted silvered almonds
Directions: 1. Combine sugar, water and butter in a nonstick frying pan. Cook over a low heat until buttter melts. Add sweet potato, cover and continue to cook over a low heat for 15-20 minutes or until sweet potato is tender.
2. Add almonds and toss lightly to combine.
