Directions: In a large saucepan brown ground beef over medium heat, breaking into crumbs. Remove meat from pan, add onion and garlic, cook and stir for 3 to 4 minutes until onion is translucent. Add ground beef, beans, tomato sauce, plums, chili powder and oregano. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly. Serve in bawls and top with shredded cheese if desired.
