Fragnant, mouth-watering and surprisingly easy-to-make cake that will make a great dessert on your table. And kids will love it too.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
250 g butter, at room temperature
peel of 1 lemon, grated
Directions: Whip butter and sugar in a mixer. Add the eggs gradually, whipping constantly until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture thickens. Than add the flour gradually.
Add the lemon peel to the dough and mix well. Pour into a well-greased mold and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 35 minutes.
