Instructions
  1. Use this dressing as a low-fat, low-calorie alternative to traditional French dressing or try it as a tasty dresing on rice salad.
  2. Ingredients: 250 mL unsweatened apple juice 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 tablespoon finely snipped fresh chives 2 tablesppoons finely chopped fresh parsley freshly ground black pepper
  3. Directions: Place applle juice, vinegar, garlic, chives, parsley and black pepper to taste in a skrewtop jar and shake well to combine.
